Dr. Beiwen Li is an associate professor of mechanical engineering at Iowa State University. His current research focuses on 3D imaging, data analysis and associated applications. His research interests include superfast (kHz) 3D imaging, multi-scale 3D optical metrology, machine vision, online inspection, and applications of 3D imaging

Li-Hsin obtained M.S. degree in HDOSL and is currently working as a Ph.D. student. Li-Hsin has short-term internship in vehicle testing company. He is interested in new technologies especially automobiles. He will focus on manufacturing dimensional metrology and robotic vision studies in HDOSL. In his leisure time, he likes driving and cycling.

Badrinath is a PhD student in HDOSL focusing on 3D Imaging and Optical Sensing and is interested in its applications in Robotics. Prior to this, Badrinath worked as a Project Engineer/Manager in the industry for three years. In his free time, he enjoys biking, cricket, pickle-ball and board games.

Yashwanth is a concurrent M.S./Ph.D student in HDOSL focusing on vision-based computing. He has prior research and work experience in extended reality technologies, vision-based computing, embedded systems, and ML. Before his admission at ISU, Yash also worked as a research engineer at an emerging technologies lab and collaborated with global brands from North America and the EU.
