Welcome to Analytical 3D Optical Sensing Laboratory (3DAOS)!
The 3DAOS lab is located at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. Our research focuses on the following areas:
Superfast dynamic 3D optical sensing/shape measurements
Precision multi-scale 3D optical metrology
3D point cloud/mesh data processing and analysis
In-situ 3D-vision-based monitoring for manufacturing processes
Applications of high-speed/real-time high-accuracy 3D imaging
